Gregg Brune Design Consultants can help you with a variety of architectural needs. We can assist you in designing and getting permitted to start building your dream home, add on to the land or home that you already love, or design the other necessities that go along with the permitting process.
We also have focus on efficient homes. We will provide solar design & drawings upon request.
As your design consultants our main and strongest claim is that we are the BEST at what is considered a challenging process done in a timely matter. We are thorough and produce a well-received set of construction documents. With a unique skill set in that we have been doing residential design and construction for over 30 years. Gregg Brune Designs has hundreds of projects under its belt. We will attend job site inspections where we can assist the contractors with the drawings and overall build. We draw the plans and make sure you get permitted. Our main goal is SERVICE. We will get the job done and get you that permit.
We will meet with you for as many times as it takes until you are satisfied with the product.
Custom Home Design
We will get you from a dream to reality with a finished set of construction drawings both approved by the HOA and the building department having jurisdiction with a permit to build. Our firm is about the process and meeting timelines and goals. Ultimately, We will give you drawings for your home that is everything you want.
CAD Drafting
We can take any design that you have and complete the required drawings necessary to get your permit. Gregg Brune Design Consultants have worked with almost every Jurisdiction in the greater Phoenix area. It can be a frustrating process for the homeowner who doesn’t do this on a regular basis. We will make that process simple & unproblematic for you.
Misc Drawings
Septic design and drawings, PV solar design and drawings, HVAC design and drawings. All of these are not typically part of a home building set but are usually necessary to get under construction. We can design and produce construction drawings for many different disciplines.
We can also produce 3D modeling for your viewing. Models are often obligatory by HOA’s.
